From Dusk Till Dawn
9 a.m. and I just returned from an amazing F-Com session with Mr. Laurent Garnier. After it was first scheduled at Berghain, the tickets were sold for WMF (which was closed recently), it finally took place at Watergate. At 12 a.m. on a Thursday!? Anyway, it was certainly worth it … man my legs hurt!
‘Mussles’ in a gogo restaurant …
… is what I just came back from! Back in Geneva, the dinner plan of the French-Danish connection was to have mussles in a gogo place in town. Sounds weird, but isn’t as bad … gogo just means all-you-can-eat for these crazy French/Swiss. Anyway we had on average three big bowles of mussles along with some fries … hmm!
And tomorrow it’s fondue night …
Like in the old days …
… this was quite an exhausting weekend!
It started out with a long working day on Friday. Which ended with a good-bye party of a friend of mine (enjoy CERN Clemens). It kept us busy until 4:30 am with nice chatting and some body movin’. After that we decided not to be tired yet and went to the Berghain. Where we stayed until we could just walk over to the supermarket that just opened (8 am). After some shopping and a little breakfast we finally had a few hours of sleep … The rest of the days pretty calm, as you can imagine. And on Sunday we had family business to take care of … mostly eating food, food and food. ;)
“Wildlife Photographer of the Year”
Yesterday we’ve been to the vernissage fo the “Wildlife Photographer of the Year” exhibition in the Museum für Naturkunde (Museum for Natural History) in Berlin. Until January 24th 2010 the musuem will host the best of about forty thousand shots send in to the content organised by the London Museum for Natural History and the BBC Wildlife Magazine.
It’s worth a visit and almost costs nothing … and you can see the rest of this very nice musuem as well …
