Life has started again…

Back in my hometown I had to catch up with a lot of things… but I did pretty good… had my first badminton course and balcony BBQ this year, went to see the Berlin bears and so on… unfortunately there where also some drawbacks like a expensive security check for my car or my broken printer… damit. Anyway…

Home sweet home

Yeeha… back in Berlin! After my CERN-Provence-Frankfurt-CERN trip I’m finally back in Berlin… at least for some months!
This weekend I got my first SummerStudent visit… Sarah is coming over for some days to enjoy the beauty of Berlin…

It’s good to be home…

Everything has an end… only sausage has two!

Awesome german idiom, isn’t it?!
Anyway… if you like it or not, a bit truth is in it!
Today is my last day of my CERN summer school stay… and what a coincidence, today the MySQL server broke down! Which means not much work for me…
Writing about sausage… I have to add, that we had a real nice German BBQ at the Prevessin BBQ site yesterday evening. It was also probably the last official kitchen parade of this year’s summer school.
Writing about summer school… I have to add another thing. Yesterday we finally got the official summer school t-shirts… and I have to say, that I’m a BIT proud!

p.s.
but every end is the beginning of something new…deep isn’t it?!
see you all again!

DanskRevival

Yeah… it’s already a year ago since I (we) started our Danish-course… So it’s a day to celebrate. Because of that I was meeting Lorric (an Copenhagen exchange student from Geneva, greetz btw) to celebrate this occasion with a moving ceremony…
