Also since this week we got our landline phone connection back … after some trouble with Telia still having us use the old tenant’s (who hasn’t payed his bills btw.) broadband connection, they now fixed it kinda nicely, though with some time delay.
In addition we have two more visitors that reserved a weekend on our Copenhagen Guest Couch :)

Setting up my own name server in Denmark turned out to be much more difficult than in Germany or for the .info domains, but on the other hand the domain is cheaper … well maybe also less used. But it’s more of a completeness thing!
Just came back from a short Easter trip to the west coast of Denmark. We took a room in a youth hostel in Hvide Sande and explored the area around the Ringkøbing Fjord. Relaxing on the endless beach, playing adventure golf and football golf, eating fish burgers, walking the national parks and and and … very nice, but as usual too short!
Tonight the LHC continued the 2011 data taking with a new world record in luminosity of 4.67 x 1032cm-2s-1, breaking the previous record of the Tevatron of 4.0247 x 1032cm-2s-1.
After quite some time we finally managed to finish an ATLAS note on some of the stuff I did during my last longer stays at CERN in 08/09: “A Summary of Thermal Measurements from the Pixel Commissioning Program” (ATL-INDET-INT-2011-003)Â has been approved today!
