Seasons After Fall is a fantastic and extremely beautiful game with a lovely story, nice game play and some nice riddles to solve throughout a little fox’s journey. I really enjoyed playing this game and can only recommend it. Only a map feature would have been a nice addition to the otherwise intuitive interface.
Flashback time! Obviously I have played Day of the Tentacle before, but recently I (re)played the remastered version together with the kids and – once again – (we) loved every bit of it. Manoeuvring Bernard, Hoagie and Laverne through riddles in the past, present, and future has still been lots of fun and – given I seem to have forgotten a lot – a challenge once again.
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime a fun little local-co-op game in which up to four players have to pilot a spaceship and coordinated various different stations aboard the vessel. It’s been lots of fun to steer our ship with the whole family.
The Whispered World is yet another fun point-and-click adventure from Daedalic Entertainment (played e.g. Deponia before). And once again the kids and I enjoyed following the story, the nice graphics and solving some fun, weird, tough riddles :)
Today we (this was a family effort) finished playing the forth episode of the Deponia series, a point-and-click adventure in four parts (so far), developed and published by Daedalic Entertainment.
The crazy, wild, bizarre adventures of the two (well, sometimes more) main characters Rufus and Goal required hundreds of puzzles to be solved and included tons of fun stories, ranging from fishing and platypus to hat fashion and time travel.
