Immergut Festival

Just returned from the Immergut Festival near Neustrelitz/Germany.
A small but very nice festival with a good selection of not too big bands in a nice area.
The camping site was nice (the toiletts actually got paper refillments and some pumping action on a regular basis … cool) and line up was even better than I expected.

Ólafur Arnalds, The Audience, Blood Red Shoes, Trip Fontaine, Johnossi, Menomena, The Weakerthans, iLiKETRAiNS, The Notwist, Louie Austen, Ter Haar, Microstern, John Goldtrain, Cartridge, Lo-Fi-Fnk, Get Well Soon, Girls in Hawaii, Fotos, Slut, Peter Licht, The Lemonheads

I even caught a stick from the Get Well Soon’s drummer … does that make me groopy?
If not than maybe getting the signatures afterwards does … but I thought a stick without names is just a stick.

Well … nice exhausting weekend ;-)
And I certainly have to get hold of some (more) music by The Weakerthans, iLiKETRAiNS, The Notwist, Get Well Soon and Fotos.

Discworld – Thief of Time

This was actually a quite funny one …
Sometimes even educative and to some extend a matrix predecessor.
Its the last one of the Death novels and also the last Discworld novels for me now for a while. But its been a good end … nice and entertaining!
DEATH IS JUST THE BEST!

In Bruges

This one is beautiful! Awesome movie about some criminals in Bruges!
Don’t wonna write too much, but this movie is a must see!
And I really mean it … event though the end is a bit strange the rest great!

Go and see it! Now!

Michael Clayton

Its been a while since the last time in a real cinema. Partially due to the now regular foosball ‘n’movie nights and partially due to a lack of good new movies.
But this one, starring George Clooney, is quite an entertaining and good industrial-crime-thriller-whatever movie … its not gonna be one of my all-time favourites, but its certainly worth seeing!

My new baby!

As every Sunday I went to the bowling lanes today.
But this time I brought my new baby!
Its got nice curves, roughly twelve labs, a serial number and goes by the name of T-Zone, Brunswick.
But enough jokes … my new bowling ball (incl. bag and extra equipment) is one piece of the fine selection of presents I got for my birthday, roughly a week ago. I went to the store yesterday and today I gave it a first shot in four games with an average of 166.75 points.
With only about a quarter of a point under this year’s average its been a good start.
Looking forward for more :-)

Thanks to all the ones taking part in this present!
And of course also big thanks to all the others for their presents!
