This week, I went to Minneapolis to represent Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) at the annual March Meeting of the American Physical Society (APS).
Unfortunately, I had to leave a bit earlier than anticipated, due to the union strikes in Germany.

Last week, I took part in the “International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis” (SC23) to represent Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) and all of its activities at the booth of the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ).
Fortunately, there was also a bit of time to see Denver and do some geocaching ;)
This week, I have the pleasure of enjoying Copenhagen once again after quite some time.
Following an invitation of the Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) by Invest in Denmark and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, I am joining a delegation to visit the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the Niels Bohr Institute (NBI) in addition to visiting the IQT Nordics conference.
This also makes up for a great opportunity to see my/our old home and university, refresh old memories and to see all the many changes the city has seen since we left back in 2014.

In addition to many fruitful discussions at the MQV counter at the Research in Germany booth, I also manage to join some of the sessions and see a bit of the town, for a second time.
