August-Schuster-Haus
This weekend we managed to get beds at the August-Schuster-Haus near Unterammergau, so we did a round trip of about eleven kilometres through the Schleifmühlklamm up to the hut – where we stayed for the night – over the Teufelstättkopf and past Auf dem Stein.
Great tour with some fantastic views including the Zugspitze.
Lenggrieser Hütte – Grasleitenkopf – Grasleitenstein
Today we went to Lenggries and walked up to Lenggrieser Hütte, Grasleitenkopf and Grasleitenstein on a nice ten-kilometre round trip, including a halftime lunch at the hut ;)

Iceland 2023
A little roadtrip and picture diary of our Iceland trip in August 2023.
Until and including Egilsstaðir we drove a Dacia Duster, which then had to be changed to a Toyota Landcruiser due to issues with the first car. In total we covered about 3700 km in driving, waling and hiking.
Baumgartenschneid – Riederstein – Pfliegeleck
Today we went to Tegernsee and did a very nice eleven-kilometre hike to Baumgartenschneid, Riederstein and Pfliegeleck with the obligatory stop at a mountain inn, Berggasthaus Riederstein am Galaun.
