Nine hours flight time offer a good chance to catch up on some of the movies I did not manage / want to see in cinema in the (recent) past.
And what should I say … I’m happy they came free of charge!
ICHEP2016
I’m on my way to ICHEP2016 in Chicago.
Looking forward to a great conference in a great city.
I have good memories of both:
ICHEP2012 in Melbourne and Chicago, as a memorable start of a road-trip to New York.
I’ll have both physics (long-lived particles) and outreach (BYOPD) contributions for this year’s conference … let’s see how it goes :)

Tickets booked, hotel booked, pieces sent, adds out, registration open … now I just have to wait a few more weeks and off I go to the Sydney Science Festival.
