I finally managed to cash in some vouchers I got for Christmas and my birthday to buy a new ‘toy’.
Visiting 3D archery parcours has been a part various holidays and weekend trips in the past, now it’s to become an even more regular item on the schedule.
Let’s see where using my own equipment takes us …
Last week, I took the chance to represent Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) at the annual March Meeting of the American Physical Society (APS) in Las Vegas.
In addition to many fruitful discussions at the MQV counter at the Research in Germany booth, I also manage to join some of the sessions and see a bit of the town, for a second time.
Besides Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) celebrating the first anniversary of the foundation of the Munich Quantum Valley e.V. association, it’s also my first anniversary at MQV.
Having started as ‘Public Outreach Manager’ back in Feb 2022 and taking over as ‘Head of Media Relations and Public Engagement’ in December 2022, I am now also happy to celebrate this occasion with the release of our first Public Annual Report.
Looking forward to a long list of plans and ideas to tackle in the second year and beyond.

While the 2022 FIFA World Cup ended in a thrilling final between Argentina and France and the winner was uncertain until the very end, the winner of this year’s H&G World Cup betting game was already decided in the small final between Croatia and Morocco.
So congratulations to both Argentina and Troels for winning the 2022 FIFA World Cup ;)
The second and especially the third place in H&G, on the other hand, were exciting and undecided till the very end. Congratulations to Katrin and Lea, securing second and third place in the end.
The trophies – this time in a special human-rights edition – will soon find their way to all winners.
